the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Byron L. Clayton II, age 22, Morgantown, WV, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $663.00.

Stephen E. Daniels, age 33, 321 Ellison Avenue, Beckley, WV, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $621.90.

Christopher C. Griffin, age 25, 852 Greene Street, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $695.50.

Sammie L. Hatfield, age 22, Fleming, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $1,063.40.

Heather H. Lisk, age 30, 825 Pioneer Lane, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $535.60.

Patrick A. Luyster, age 19, 909 Fourth Street, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $591.50.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Anthony Lee Hanes, age 32, 13550 County Nine Road, New Matamoras, for driving under a suspended license and for operating a vehicle with an expired registration, both misdemeanors. Hanes was arrested near milepost two on State Route 260 by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Jun 09 at 12:30 am.

Jeffrey Massey, age 38, 603 Whitely Street, Bridgeport, OH, for driving under a suspended license, for giving false information to avoid a ticket and for speeding, all misdemeanors. Massey was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Jun 09 at 5:50 am.

David Wayne Floyd, age 38, 410 Jefferson Square, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Floyd was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Blasko of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Jun 09 at 7:50 pm.
