On 13 Jun 09 Deputy Sheriff McLeish arrested
Robert Crowl, age 23, 10 Old Ricks Mill Road Apt. E3, New Concord,
OH, for disorderly conduct by intoxication. Visiting a relative
at 120 Sterling Road, Marietta, Mr. Crowl argued with his girlfriend
and ingested several kinds of his relative’s prescription
medications. While Mr. Crowl was treated by the Reno Fire Department,
an EMT discovered the non-Schedule drugs Seroquel, Buspar and
Vasotech in Mr. Crowl’s pocket. Mr. Crowl received treatment
at Marietta Memorial Hospital and was then transported to the
Washington County Jail.
On 13 Jun 09 Jesse Jadwin, age 21, 745 Dodd
Run Road, Marietta, reported as he exited Dollar General in
Lowell an acquaintance yelled at him and attempted to instigate
a fight. Deputy Sheriff Reeder closed this case as unfounded
after he determined Mr. Jadwin and the suspect both hurled
insults and threatening comments at each other.
On 13 Jun 09 Richard Holmes, age 52, 3110
Christy Road, Marietta, reported he parked at the nineteen
mile marker on State Route 7 with his mountain bike secured
to the top of his vehicle while he weeded along bike trails
in the area. Mr. Holmes stated when he next returned to his
vehicle an hour later the Intense brand, nineteen inch bike,
minus the front tire, was missing. This case remains under
investigation (608).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Kandi Kay McQueary, age 51, 200 Pennock Drive Lot 4, Beverly,
for violating the terms of a protection order, a misdemeanor.
McQueary was arrested at her residence by Patrolman Hunter
of the Beverly Police Department and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 13 Jun 09 at 2:11 pm.
Christopher Michael Ball, age 24, 3494 State Route 59, Ravenna,
OH, for failure to comply with the order/signal of an officer,
for driving under a suspended license, for obstructing official
business and for possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors.
Ball was arrested on Pike Street by Deputy Sheriff Mankins
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Jun 09
at 2:55 pm.
Warren Stephen Lee Tucker, age 28, 712 Clement Avenue Apt.
B, Belpre, for three felony counts of trafficking in drugs.
Tucker was arrested near milepost seventeen on State Route
7 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 13 Jun 09 at 5:25 pm.
Robert Woodrow Littell, age 52, Marietta, for a felony and
a misdemeanor charge of abusing harmful intoxicants. Littell
was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Chapman of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 13 Jun 09 at 11:42 pm.
