Charles Roger Conkle Jr., age 26, 1126 46th Street, Vienna, for contempt for failing to pay fines, a misdemeanor. Conkle was arrested on US 50 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Jun 09 at 4:11 am.

Alisha Dawn Small, age 28, 54552 Number Nine Road, Reedsville, for possession of drugs, for driving under a suspended license, failure to appear and for operating a vehicle with an expired registration, all misdemeanors. Small was arrested near milepost four on US 50 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Jun 09 at 5:25 am.

Cameron Aramis Simmons, age 19, 28621 Parkwood Street, Inkster, MI, for driving under a suspended license and for speeding, both misdemeanors. Simmons was arrested near milepost fifteen on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Jun 09 at 9:05 am.

Brandon Lee Hoffert, age 24, 110 Colonial Square Apt. F, Belpre, for complicity in committing theft, for criminal trespassing and for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, all misdemeanors. Hoffert was arrested in Belpre by Patrolman Williams of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Jun 09 at 12:05 pm.

Michael Eric Hoffert, age 26, Belpre, for theft, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines and for three counts of criminal trespassing, all misdemeanors. Hoffert was arrested in Belpre by Patrolman Williams of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Jun 09 at 12:05 pm.

Isaiah Howard Ohse, age 22, 105A Colonial Square, Belpre, for receiving stolen property, complicity and for possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors. Ohse was arrested in Belpre by Patrolman Williams of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Jun 09 at 12:05 pm.

Glen Edward Church, age 46, 502 Barclay Street Apt L, Belpre, for criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. Church was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Jobes of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Jun 09 at 9:40 pm.

William Malcolm Conner, age 20, 8887 State Route 555, Chesterhill, for land/water pollution, for possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors. Conner was arrested on River Road in Marietta by Officer Abele of the Ohio Department of Natural Resources and processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Jun 09 at 9:40 pm.

Joseph Michael Grodhaus, age 31, 127 Third Street Apt. A, Malta, for water/land pollution and for failure to appear, both misdemeanors. Grodhaus was arrested on River Road in Marietta by Officer Abele of the Ohio Department of Natural Resources and processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Jun 09 at 9:40 pm.
