On 22 May 09 Deputy Sheriff Lockhart arrested
Earl C. Fugitt, age 28, 3432 Elizabeth Parkway, Mineral Wells,
for driving under a suspended license and possession of drug
paraphernalia. Stopping Mr. Fugitt for speeding on US 50 near
Collins Road, Deputy Lockhart’s canine indicated the
presence of drugs in the vehicle. The search that followed
resulted in the discovery of a wooden marijuana pipe found
under the driver’s side floor mat.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Jeffrey Louis Kaiden, age 49, 215 Poplar Lane, Marietta, for
domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Kaiden was arrested at his
residence by Patrolman Newell of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 May 09
at 12:09 am.
Thomas Ira Valentine, age 27, 114 Sunset Drive, Marietta,
for OVI, driving under a suspended license, for failing to
yield the right of way and for two counts of possession of
drugs, all misdemeanors. Valentine was arrested on Third Street
in Marietta by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 22 May 09 at 12:43 am.
Stephanie Lorraine Wright, age 24, 125 Millers
Lane Apt. C4, Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation,
a misdemeanor. Wright was arrested at the office of Probation
Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 22 May 09 at 9:58 am.
Lester McKinley Robinson, age 65, 113 Lasicourt, Akron, for
OVI, failure to reinstate his operator’s license and
for driving outside the marked lanes of travel, all misdemeanors.
Robinson was arrested near milepost thirteen on Interstate
77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 22 May 09 at 9:37 pm.
Paul Dwayne Blosser, age 32, 704 Elm Street, Belpre, for disorderly
conduct, a misdemeanor. Blosser was arrested at his residence
by Patrolman Jobes of the Belpre City Police Department and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 May 09 at 10:18
pm.
Richard Pasquale Perez, age 51, 1640 Glendale Road, Marietta,
for driving under a suspended license, a misdemeanor. Perez
was arrested on Stanleyville Road by the Ohio State Highway
Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22
May 09 at 10:51 pm.
Michael Paul Stacy, age 31, 53 Teri Lane, Little Hocking,
for OVI and for driving outside the marked lanes of travel,
both misdemeanors. Stacy was arrested on Washington Boulevard
by Patrolman Jobes of the Belpre City Police Department and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 May 09 at 11:45
pm.
