On 20 May 09 Lt. Wilson and Deputy Carr responded to the scene of an altercation between sisters at the residence of Shirley J. Ullman, age 55, 9390 State Route 550, Vincent. Appearing heavily intoxicated, Ms. Ullman said she fought with her sister Wanda L. Williams, age 54, 26935 State Route 7 Apt. 6B, Marietta, over Ms. Williams wanting to drive home. Also intoxicated, Ms. Williams would not implicate Ms. Ullman but later said she was scratched in the neck when she tried to retrieve her keys. As a result of their investigation, Deputy Carr requested a summons for Ms. Ullman for disorderly conduct by intoxication and arrested Ms. Williams for the same charge.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Wanda Lee Williams, age 54, 26935 State Route 7 Apt. 6B, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Williams was arrested on State Route 550 by Deputy Sheriff Carr and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 May 09 at 5:21 am.

Jodi Jeaneane Kirl, age 39, 24 Atkinson Ridge Road, Walker, WV, for assault and for aggravated burglary, both felonies. Kirl turned herself in to Deputy Sheriff Reynolds and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 May 09 at 9:52 am.

Robert James Whittekind, age 51, 817 Quarry Street, Marietta, for driving under a suspended license, a misdemeanor. Whittekind was picked up in Athens by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 May 09 at 11:45 am.
