On 13 May 09 Deputy Sheriff Hornbeck arrested
Seth P. Miller, age 27, 235 Ridgewood Boulevard, Belpre, for
disorderly conduct by intoxication. Mr. Miller’s sister
earlier reported her brother phoned from a bar to get a ride
home and that when they arrived at their residence Mr. Miller
would not stop is loud, belligerent behavior. Awakening his
children during his tirade, Mr. Miller refused to cooperate
with Deputy Hornbeck when he arrived at the residence. When
transported to the Washington County Jail Mr. Miller tested
.205 BAC.
On 13 May 09 Detective Rhodes issued a citation
to Anthony W. Reynolds, age 41, 1735 Silver Globe Road, Marietta,
for passing on a double yellow line. Detective Rhodes stopped
Mr. Reynolds on State Route 550 near milepost twenty in Warren
Township.
On 13 May 09 the owner of Lang’s Outdoor
Power Equipment, 100 Bender Road, Marietta, reported a customer
used a credit card to purchase a chainsaw for $574 on 12 Jan
09. The owner stated he was informed by his credit card processor
on 5 Mar 09 that the customer filed a claim saying the charge
was unauthorized and the amount of the purchase was charged
back to the credit card. This case remains under investigation
(592).
On 13 May 09 Sgt. Underwood began an investigation
into a fight involving two students at Warren High School.
Preliminary statements indicate both parties were equally at
fault and will likely face charges. Interviewing one of the
students, Sgt. Underwood will interview the other student before
requesting summonses.

were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Seth Patrick Miller, age 27, 235 Ridgewood
Boulevard, Belpre, for disorderly conduct by intoxication,
a misdemeanor. Miller was arrested at his residence by Deputy
Sheriff Hornbeck and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 13 May 09 at 12:49 am.
Kevin Lee Goodfellow, age 46, 11625 New England
Road, Stewart, OH, for violating the terms of his probation,
a misdemeanor. Goodfellow was arrested at the office of
Probation Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 13 May 09 at 9:47 am.
Patricia Ann Bonar, age 32, 735 Silver Globe Road, Marietta,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines and for violating the terms of her probation, both misdemeanors.
Bonar was arrested on State Route 550 by Deputy Sheriff Anderson
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 May 09
at 5:03 pm.
