On 30 Apr 09 Randy Crislip, age 50, 118 Second Lane, Belpre, reported sometime overnight an unknown suspect(s) entered his Chevy truck through the rear window and stole a CD/DVD player, CDs, transmission gauges and a radar detector. This case remains under investigation (790).

These individuals failed to appear for a Debtor’s Exam and had a warrant issued for their arrest:

Jill Busch, age 41, 1380 Brackenridge Road, Vincent.

Barbara Hale, age 61, 10870 State Route 39, Macksburg.

Angeline M. Krawec, age 27, 1602 Marshall Street South, Benwood, WV.

Jeannie McAlarney, age 48, 798 Collins Road, Whipple.

Jeffrey Milhoan, age 42, 1214 Drag Strip Road, Belpre.

Teresa Stafford, age 44, 818 Ridge Street, Marietta.

Timothy L. Stevens, age 35, 11722 State Route 555, Cutler.

Thomas Valentine, age 27, 114 Sunset Drive, Marietta.

Misty Wittenbrook, age 31, 128 Harmar Street, Marietta.

The following individual was processed into the Washington County Jail:

James Justin Lowers, age 30, 3065 Lowell Hill Road, Lowell, for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. Lowers was arrested at the courthouse by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Apr 09 at 9:46 am.
