On 16 Apr 09 Deputy Sheriff Simmons issued
a minor misdemeanor citation to Kenneth R. Blume, age 42, 19452
Clifton Hill Road, Macksburg, for disorderly conduct. Yesterday
afternoon Mr. Blume’s supervisor at Influent reported
Mr. Blume was highly agitated and had to be moved to at least
two different workstations so he wouldn’t interfere with
other employees. The supervisor said Mr. Blume began yelling
and cursing about being moved around and continued his tirade
outside after he was asked to leave the building.
On 16 Apr 09 Deputy Sheriff McLeish issued
a citation to Steven J. Skinner, age 54, 1165 Reed Road, Marietta,
for driving under a suspended license. Deputy McLeish originally
stopped Mr. Skinner for operating a vehicle with a defective
exhaust on Dana’s Run Road near milepost six in Lawrence
Township.
the Sheriff’s
Office received the following warrants:
Zachary F. Rossi, age 20, 25 Kurtz Street
Apt. 204, Athens, for possession of marijuana and for possession
of drug paraphernalia on 8 Mar 09.
Sarah Sturm, age 51, Camelot Road Lot 21, Belpre, for the
theft of a mobile phone and for falsification on 3 Feb 09.
Peter N. Gebura, age 20, 1002 Washington Boulevard Apt. 6,
Belpre, for violating the terms of his probation by failing
to be of good behavior by being found guilty of three new offenses
in Belpre Mayor’s Court.
Isiah C. Dingman, age 22, 4326 54th Street, Milwaukee, WI,
for possession of marijuana on 27 Mar 09.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Peggy Ellen Chidester, age 63, 470 Cornerville
Road, Reno, for violating the terms of her probation, a felony.
Chidester was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Gault
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Apr 09
at 9:35 am.
Angela Michelle Lipscomb, age 38, 2711 Washington Boulevard,
Belpre, for violating the terms of her probation, a felony.
Lipscomb was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Gault
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Apr 09
at 9:45 am.
David Wayne Floyd, age 38, PO Box 623, Belpre, for nonsupport
of dependants, a felony. Floyd was arrested at 410 Jefferson
Square by Deputy Sheriff Simmons and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 16 Apr 09 at 5:45 pm.
Shaun Michael Mentzer, age 27, 110 Oakview Street Apt. C,
Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor.
Mentzer turned himself in to Patrolman Wenzel at the Marietta
City Police Department and was processed into the Washington
County Jail on 16 Apr 09 at 6:07 pm.
Amy Lynn Davis, age 34, 145 Greenbrier Circle Apt. 26, Marietta,
for failure to reinstate her operator’s license, a misdemeanor.
Davis was arrested on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway
Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16
Apr 09 at 6:45 pm.
