On 15 Apr 09 a caller reported her daughter Crystal D. Hoover, age 27, 186 Main Street Lot 7, Lowell, was possibly en route to the hospital to receive treatment for a cut to her hand that she suffered during a domestic dispute. Questioned concerning the incident, Ms. Hoover, informed Deputy Sheriff Mankins that she was arguing with her live-in boyfriend Dustin M. Omspach, age 26, and she threw a phone at the wall. In anger, Mr. Omspach then pushed over their television which in turn caused picture frames to fall to the floor. As Ms. Hoover began cleaning the broken glass she received a quarter inch cut on her hand that subsequently stopped bleeding on its own and did not require further attention. Determining no act of domestic violence occurred, Deputy Mankins requested summonses for Ms. Hoover and Mr. Omspach for disorderly conduct.
