On 14 Apr 09 an employee of Steel Dynamics
Fabrication, 833 Masonic Park Road, Marietta, reported when
he arrived at work at 5:40 am he noticed the business’ door
was unlocked. Further exploration revealed an unknown suspect(s)
used a welding device to melt the lock mechanism of a Pepsi
machine. The suspect(s) opened the machine, emptied the coin
box and fled. This case remains under investigation (594).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Patrick Allen Luyster, age 19, 909 Fourth
Street, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Luyster
was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Heddleston of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 14 Apr 09 at 5:00 am.
Matthew Baron Hahn, age 36, 317 Gilman Avenue
Apt. C, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation,
a misdemeanor. Hahn turned himself in at the Marietta City
Police Department to Patrolman Gragan and was processed into
the Washington County Jail on 14 Apr 09 at 9:37 am.
Franklin Dee Tucker III, age 24, 1347 Goose Run Road, Marietta,
for aggravated menacing, a misdemeanor. Tucker was arrested
on Knox Street by Patrolman Hively of the Marietta City Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
14 Apr 09 at 2:20 pm.
Jeremy John Nicholas, age 30, 15818 Martha Circle, Lutz, FL,
a fugitive from justice. Nicholas was arrested in Waterford
by Deputy Sheriff Reeder and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 14 Apr 09 at 3:37 pm.
Jason William Terrell, age 28, 501 Calder Ridge Road, Belpre,
for six felony counts of trafficking in drugs. Terrell was
picked up in Pittsburgh by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 14 Apr 09 at 8:10 pm.
Michael Wayne Byington, age 34, 2160 Hanna Road, Marietta,
for breaking and entering, a felony. Terrell was picked up
in Warren County, New York by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 14 Apr 09 at 8:37
pm.
Timothy Wesley Moore, age 31, State Route 555, Bartlett, for
possession of criminal tools and for two counts of breaking
and entering, all felonies. Moore was picked up in Pennsylvania
by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 14 Apr 09 at 9:10 pm.
Michael Lee Hurst, age 30, 213 Ingleside Avenue, Marietta,
for aggravated menacing, falsification and for violating the
terms of his probation, all misdemeanors. Hurst was arrested
at his residence by Detective Hawkins of the Marietta City
Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 14 Apr 09 at 10:29 pm.
