Archive of 04-07-09

On 7 Apr 09 Bob Crawford, age 38, 1526 Swift Road, Waterford, reported between 10 pm and 11 pm that evening an unknown suspect(s) vandalized his mailbox. Mr. Crawford noticed the vandal(s) damaged the mailbox with some sort of firework, placed eggs inside it and also removed the street number, the door and the red flag. This case remains under investigation (953).

These individuals, listed with their fine amounts, failed to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines and had a warrant issued for their arrest:

Beldon T. Bailey, age 31, 510 Carson Lane Apt. B, Belpre, $704.50.

Louis R. Cavillis, age 38, 116 Harmar Street, Marietta, $3,397.53.

Carmen L. Dansby-Moore, age 30, 710 S. Tenth Street, Cambridge, $251.80.

William Harris, age 29, 1535 Braun Road, Belpre, $1,778.56.

Matthew R. Jett, age 24, 101 Deerwalk Circle Apt. D, Marietta, $509.60.

Glenn R. Johnson, age 22, 116 Harmar Street, Marietta, $4,259.90.

Marissa B. Kiggans, age 23, 75 Martin Drive, Fleming, $953.55.

Michael P. Mayes, age 27, 2400 Hanvey Avenue Apt. 5, Belpre, $266.50.

Dennis R. Oakley, age 18, 101 Franklin Street, Marietta, $1,824.10.

Nikki L. Vanfossen, age 24, 1304 Myrtle Street, Parkersburg, $608.40.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Justin Kyle Tewkesbury, age 21, Marietta, for two misdemeanor counts of failure to appear. Tewkesbury was arrested in Belpre by Patrolman Kirby of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 7 Apr 09 at 1:35 pm.

Demetrius Glen Haley, age 24, 2381 Delavan Drive, Columbus, for tampering with drugs, for possession of drugs and for five counts of trafficking in drugs, all felonies. Haley was picked up in Franklin County by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington County Jail on 7 Apr 09 at 4:05 pm.

Marthanna Gayle Savage, age 40, Budget Lodge Room 117, Belpre, for violating the terms of her parole, a felony. Savage was arrested at her residence by Probation Officer Smith and processed into the Washington County Jail on 7 Apr 09 at 6:35.
