On 1 Apr 09 Sgt. Norman arrested Daphne L.
Garrison, age 34, 3411 Bexvie Avenue, Columbus, for consuming
alcohol in a vehicle. A passenger in a vehicle stopped for
driving left of center on State Route 7 near Starlite Drive,
Ms. Garrison was in possession of a plastic cup she admitted
contained beer and that she consumed the beer while seated
in the front passenger seat.
On 1 Apr 09 Connie Casto, age 44, 575 Michaelis
Road, Marietta, reported she parked her GMC truck along State
Route 7 in Beavertown after she experienced problems with the
vehicle the previous evening. When she returned to the vehicle
the following morning Ms. Casto noticed the stereo and speakers
were missing and she suspects $10 worth of gas was siphoned
from the gas tank. This case remains under investigation (1184).
On 1 Apr 09 Michael Jackman, age 63, 21 Heath
Lane, Parkersburg, was driving his 1997 Ford Ranger through
the security gate at the Amp Ohio power plant on State Route
7 when the gate attendant inadvertently began closing the gate.
Mr. Jackman’s vehicle sustained light damage to the driver’s
side in the form of large scratches (805).
the Sheriff’s
Office received the following warrants:
Dylan C. Clemens, age 22, 315 Owens Road,
West Union, OH, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing
on unpaid fines in the sum of $273.
Iva R. McFall, age 27, 28775 B Gaston Road, Albany, OH, for
breach of recognizance for failing to appear for pretrial on
25 Mar 09.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Christopher Stephen Martin, age 23, 6892 Wessleman Road, Cleves,
OH, for possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia,
both misdemeanors. Martin was arrested on Muskingum Drive by
Patrolman McClelland of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Apr 09 at
1:35 am.
Jason Leroy Williams, age 13189 State Route 550, Fleming,
for assault, a misdemeanor. Williams was arrested at 219 Virginia
Street by Patrolman Newell of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Apr 09 at
3:15 am.
Daphne Lynn Garrison, age 34, 3411 Bexvie Avenue, Columbus,
for consuming alcohol in a vehicle, a misdemeanor. Garrison
was arrested on State Route 7 by Sgt. Norman of the Washington
County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 1 Apr 09 at 4:40 am.
Kenneth Britton Lemaster, age 40, 1630 State
Route 550, Bartlett, a fugitive from justice, a felony. Lemaster
was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Lockhart and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Apr 09 at 10:45
pm.
