SUSPECT ARRESTED FOR THREATENING
VICTIM WITH SHOTGUN
On 29 Mar 09 Tim Carver, age 45, 76 Saint
Andrews Boulevard, Belpre, reported beginning at 7 pm a male
subject with a blocked phone number began phoning his residence
and making statements about killing him and his family. Later
that evening at approximately 10:40 pm, Mr. Carver said he
answered a knock at his door and was met by a male unknown
to him. At that point another male, later identified as Mark
A. McIntyre, age 27, 223 Broughton Avenue, Marietta, came around
the corner of his garage and pointed a twelve gauge shotgun
at him. Mr. Carver said as Mr. McIntyre threatened to kill
him he quickly shut his door and ducked to the floor. Fleeing
the scene, Mr. McIntyre contacted Sgt. Eddy on 31 Mar after
hearing Sgt. Eddy was trying to locate him.
