The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Everett Christopher Freeland, age 24, 301B Blennerhassett Avenue, Belpre, for violating the terms of his parole, a felony. Freeland was arrested at his residence by Lt. Wilson of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Mar 09 at 12:10 am.

James Charles Schumacher, age 21, 502 Seventh Street, Marietta, for assault and for criminal trespassing, both misdemeanors. Schumacher was arrested on the campus of Marietta College by Officer Johnson of the Marietta College Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Mar 09 at 3:20 am.

Timothy Lane Shelton, age 42, 311 Philley Lane, Oak Grove, LA, for OVI, for operating a vehicle with an expired license, for failing to yield at a flashing signal and for being in possession of an open container of alcohol, all misdemeanors. Shelton was arrested at the intersection of Third and Greene streets by Patrolman Thomas of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Mar 09 at 4:00 am.

Tammy Dee Callahan, age 46, 1134 Lynn Street Apt. C, Parkersburg, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Callahan was arrested in Devola by Deputy Sheriff Anderson and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Mar 09 at 12:37 pm.
