the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Murlyn P. Cline, age 42, 557 Short Brook Road, Vincent, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to obtain a valid operator’s license.

Carl W. Davis, age 21, 6396 State Route 78, McConnelsville, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $653.90.

Travis L. Davis, age 21, 1507 36th Street, Parkersburg, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to pay fines and costs within 180 days.

Mandie L. Hale, age 31, 2393 Wells Road, Waterford, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $711.40.

Tina M. Ritzhaupt, age 31, 29 Elm Street, Belpre, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $652.60.

Alisha D. Small, age 28, 1000 Tefft Street, Parkersburg, for failing to appear to serve five days in jail on 16 Mar 09.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Michael Andrew Hudson, age 20, 277 Water Street, Lowell, for four felony counts of trafficking in drugs. Hudson was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Anderson and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Mar 09 at 9:49 am.

Aaron Allan Kiggans, age 25, 450 Wentz Road, Marietta, for OVI, for failure to appear and for contempt for failing to pay fines, all misdemeanors. Kiggans was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by Patrolman Arbaugh of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Mar 09 at 11:22 am.

Thomas Bryan Moore, age 19, 1915 19th Street Apt. 2, Parkersburg, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Moore was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Seckman and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Mar 09 at 1:27 pm.

Nicholas Justin Adams, age 19, Walnut Drive, Whipple, for .02 underage OVI, a misdemeanor. Adams was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Mar 09 at 1:48 pm.

Richard Daniel Gill, age 47, 1936 Mill Branch Road, Belpre, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Gill was picked up at the Noble County Jail by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Mar 09 at 4:56 pm.

Johnathan Elwood Porter, age 30, 213 Welch Street, Dennison, OH, for violating the terms of his probation, for breach of recognizance and for two counts of failure to appear, all misdemeanors. Porter was picked up in Tuscarawas County by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Mar 09 at 4:56 pm.
