On 6 Mar 09 Deputy Sheriff S. Travaglio arrested
Melissa K. Harris, age 35, 27400 State Route 7 Lot 66, Marietta,
for disorderly conduct. Upset that an individual against whom
her daughter has a protection order was visiting a nearby trailer,

neighbor’s residence. Ms. Harris was forced out of the
neighbor’s residence but continued cursing loudly in

the comment, “then **** arrest me!”
On 6 Mar 09, while arresting another suspect
