to a report of a male and a female involved in an argument
in the vicinity of 10 Browns Road Apt. 5D, Marietta. At the
scene Deputy Sheriff S. Travaglio found Scott Morrow, age 36,
intoxicated and agitated. For his safety, Deputy Travaglio
conducted a pat down search of Mr. Morrow and located a butterfly
knife in Mr. Morrow’s pocket. Through further investigation
Deputy Travaglio determined Mr. Morrow shouted profanities

Fifteenmile Creek Road, Marietta, reported she fled her residence

began yelling derogatory names at her daughter. When the child
asked Mr. Hanes to stop screaming he dragged her off a bed
and a struggled ensued between the three residents. During
the struggle Mr. Hanes gripped the child by the hair, choked
the girl and punched Ms. Thompson as she tried to free her
daughter from Mr. Hanes’ clutches. Interviewed at his
residence, Mr. Hanes had scratches and bite marks consistent
with the juvenile’s and Ms. Thompson’s accounts
of the incident. Mr. Hanes could not provide a plausible explanation
of how Mr. Thompson and her daughter received their injuries
