On 18 Feb 09 Estell N. Gallagher, age 81,
417 Goss Fork Road, Whipple, reported sometime during the past
twenty-four hours and unknown suspect(s) shattered the rear
driver’s side window of her 1994 Chrysler Lebaron. This
case remains under investigation (1106).
On 18 Feb 09 Oleta Church, age 37, 253 Lake
Road, Belpre, phoned 911 during an argument with her husband
Teddy, age 42, over the possible end of their marriage. Speaking
to Deputy Sheriff Holbert at her residence, Mrs. Church said
her husband twisted her wrist until she ended her conversation
with the 911 dispatcher. Mrs. Church stated her husband fled
when the dispatcher phoned her back and that she feared for
her safety during the incident. Unable to locate the suspect,
Deputy Holbert requested a warrant for Mr. Church for domestic
violence.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Jessica Lynn Stevens, age 27, 25980 State
Route 7, Marietta, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Stevens
was arrested on Fifth Street by Patrolman Nedeff of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 18 Feb 09 at 3:58 am.
David Aaron Hansen, age 31, 832 Ridge Street,
Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor.
Hansen was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by Probation
Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 18 Feb 09 at 11:10 am.
Andrew David Britton, age 21, 200 Mile Run Road, Marietta,
for corrupting another with drugs, a felony. Britton was picked
up at the Noble Correctional Institution by Deputy Sheriff
Underwood and processed into the Washington County Jail on
18 Feb 09 at 3:07 pm.
Perry Myron Thomson, age 34, 738 Cleveland Avenue Apt. 2,
Idaho Falls, ID, for illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented
material, a felony. Thomson was arrested on Interstate 77 by
the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 18 Feb 09 at 3:45 pm.
Mitchell Korbin Kollar, age 20, 120 Muskingum Drive, Marietta,
for failure to comply with the order/signal of an officer,
for driving under a suspended license and for speeding, all
misdemeanors. Kollar was arrested at his residence by Patrolman
Hickey of the Marietta City Police Department and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 18 Feb 09 at 10:07 pm.
