On 10 Feb 09 Karenetta N. Hoover, age 44,
308 Third Street Apt. B, Lowell, reported a friend gave her
a coffee table over four months ago and returned to her home
that afternoon and ordered her to return it. Ms. Hoover said
when she refused to return the table her friend stole a stack
of CD’s from her living room then departed. This case
remains under investigation (610).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Gregory Allen Messer, age 47, 509 Florence
Street, Belpre, a fugitive from justice. Messer was arrested
in Belpre by Patrolman Stump of the Belpre City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Feb 09
at 3:45 pm.
Kayleigh Quinn Ryder, age 23, 11030 Rainbow Lake Road, Athens,
for failure to appear, for failure to appear at a court ordered
hearing on unpaid fines and for passing bad checks, all misdemeanors.
Ryder was picked up at the Athens county line by Deputy Sheriff
Thorpe and was processed into the Washington County Jail on
10 Feb 09 at 4:30 pm.
