On 5 Feb 09 Deputy Sheriff Lockhart requested a summons for Zack S. Husk, age 18, 152 Camelot Road Lot 44, Belpre, for underage consumption of alcohol. A passenger in a vehicle whose driver was stopped for a traffic violation on US 50 at Farson Street, Mr. Husk admitted the open case of beer in the vehicle belonged to him. Mr. Husk further confessed that he drank approximately ten beers over the past five hours.

On 5 Feb 09 Brenda K. Stoll, age 51, 100 Deerwalk Circle Apt. A, Marietta, reported she was assaulted by her boyfriend during a dispute over property in her home. Ms. Stoll declined to pursue the matter, stating she only wanted her boyfriend to leave and that she would gather her boyfriends clothing for him to retrieve at a later date (508).

Courtney D. Alden, age 28, 708 Ohio Avenue, Belpre, for failing to appear for pretrial on 29 Jan 09.

James K. Bernard, age 56, 1161 School House Road, Little Hocking, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $1,537.20.

Christopher B. Border, age 23, 415 Shriver Road, Stockport, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to complete driver’s intervention and for failing to appear for a scheduled appointment.

Carrie S. Britton, age 22, 70 Main Street, Waterford, for driving left of center on 1 Nov 08.

Gary A. Demoss, age 34, 17955 State Route 26, Reno, for violating the terms of a protection order on 3 Jan 09.

April R. Hill, age 32, 1815 Main Street, Stockport, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $1,303.25.

Larry G. Hodges, age 36, 5005 Vandalia Avenue, Cleveland, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $331.50.

Jamie M. Hower, age 22, 17020 State Route 550, Marietta, for driving under an FRA suspended license, for leaving the scene of an accident and for failure to yield on 18 Jan 09.

James P. Kilkenny, age 28, 4519 54th Street, Vienna, for driving under a suspended license on 12 Sep 08.

John W. Luke, age 47, 717 Quarry Street, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $1,908.60.

Denise R. Malone, age 39, 303 Main Street, Lower Salem, for failing to appear to serve five days in jail on 5 Jan 09.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

James Daniel Cox, age 25, 80 Washington Square, Williamstown, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Cox was arrested at the Locker Room by Patrolman Thomas of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Feb 09 at 3:20 am.

Maliaka Madelane Carr, age 34, 602 Cross Street, Belpre, for operating a vehicle without a license, for giving false information to avoid a ticket and for having expired license plates, all misdemeanors. Carr was arrested in Belpre by Deputy Sheriff S. Travaglio and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Feb 09 at 2:00 pm.

Michael James Siders, age 28, 2350 State Route 550, Marietta, for theft, a felony. Siders was picked up at the Noble Correctional Institution by Deputy Sheriff Malone and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Feb 09 at 2:37 pm.

Frank James Noland, age 42, 207 State Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of his parole. Noland was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Lockhart and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Feb 09 at 7:25 pm.
