On 4 Feb 09 Helen M. Fulton, age 82, 1220
McGrath Road, Macksburg, reported her late husband died intestate
and a family member recently removed several guns from her
residence. Ms. Fulton declined to pursue charges in the matter,
desiring to handle the family dispute civilly (1106).
On 4 Feb 09 Aaron R. Dennis, age 20, 3050
State Route 530, Lowell, reported he was driving toward Marietta
when his roommate phoned him and said an unknown suspect just
sped out of their driveway driving his truck. Mr. Dennis said
the truck is a brown 1994 Ford Ranger, with three different
wheels, four different tires and its rear license plate is
Ohio number EJL8982. This case remains under investigation
(296).
the Sheriff’s
Office received the following warrants:
Amanda J. Sampe, age 28, 217 Fourth Street,
Lowell, for violating the terms of her probation by failing
to complete court ordered counseling.
Eric B. Siders, age 20, 4650 Sandhill Road, Marietta, for
violating the terms of his probation by failing to complete
court ordered counseling.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Arthur David Newsome, age 26, 7119 Lindenmere
Drive, Bloomfield Hill, MI, for driving under a suspended license,
possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and for
speeding, all misdemeanors. Newsome was arrested near milepost
fourteen on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Feb 09 at
5:54 am.
Adam Michael Hall, age 28, 115 Robson Road,
Marietta, for possession of drugs, a felony. Hall was picked
up at the Southeastern Correctional Institution by Deputy Sheriff
O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 4 Feb 09 at 2:46 pm.
Matthew David Salser, age 22, 31655 Noble Summit Road, Middleport,
OH, for theft, a felony. Salser was picked up at the Southeastern
Correctional Institution by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Feb 09 at 3:00
pm.
Michael James Leboeuf, age 20, 822 Ridge Street, Marietta,
for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, a felony. Leboeuf
was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 4 Feb 09 at 3:37 pm.
Brenda Leann Miller, age 41, 1001 Colonial Terrace Apt. B,
Marietta, for a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor
vehicle and for misdemeanor charges of violating the terms
of her probation and failure to appear. Miller was picked up
in Richland County by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 4 Feb 09 at 5:08 pm.
Rodney Shane Stover, age 28, Marietta, for failure to appear,
a felony. Stover was picked up in Medina, OH by Deputy Sheriff
Underwood and processed into the Washington County Jail on
4 Feb 09 at 5:17 pm.
Craig Thomas Coughlin, age 21, 306 Colegate Drive, Marietta,
for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Coughlin
was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Thomas of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 4 Feb 09 at 8:19 pm.
