On 2 Feb 09 Sgt. Stackpole and Deputy Sheriff
Richards were dispatched to the scene of a drug overdose on
Wynncrest Drive in Marietta. Transported to Marietta Memorial
Hospital by the Warren Fire Department, the thirty-two year
old woman tested positive for opiates and was placed on a ventilator.
On 2 Feb 09 Deputy Sheriff Brockmeier requested
a summons for a seventeen year old Cutler resident to appear
in Juvenile Court on a charge of delinquency by underage consumption
of alcohol. Caught with alcohol at Warren High School on 23
Jan, the juvenile admitted taking Triple Sec and Grand Marnier
from his parents’ liquor cabinet and pouring the alcohol
in a water bottle. The teenager also said he had the alcohol
in his locker until sixth period and during his sixth period
class he allowed a female classmate to drink the alcohol.
On 2 Feb 09 Sonya D. Coe, age 45, Warrior
Drive, Barlow, reported sometime between 11 am and 4 pm an
unknown suspect(s) entering the unlocked camper where she was
temporarily residing and stole a DVD she loaned from the library,
a sweatshirt, a bottle of cologne and articles of clothing.
This case remains under investigation (610).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Denzil Morris Robinson, age 37, 311 ½ Walnut Street,
Lowell, for domestic violence and for disorderly conduct by
fighting, both misdemeanors. Robinson was arrested at his residence
by Deputy Sheriff K. Travaglio and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 2 Feb 09 at 12:01 am.
William Richard Lowe, age 35, 728 E. Kibby Street, Lima, OH,
for nonsupport of dependants, a felony. Lowe turned himself
in to Captain Ketelsen and was processed into the Washington
County Jail on 2 Feb 09 at 9:07 am.
Sarah Gene Jeric, age 24, PO Box 992, Athens,
for possession of drugs and for two counts of trafficking in
drugs, all felonies. Jeric was picked up at the Southeast Ohio
Regional Jail by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 2 Feb 09 at 2:37 pm.
Raymond Wayne Delancey, age 22, 713 Briggs Hill Road, Belpre,
for criminal simulation, a misdemeanor. Delancey turned himself
in to Patrolman Blasko at the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 2 Feb 09 at
4:21 pm.
Leslie Nicole Pyle, age 21, 215 Fifth Street, Marietta, for
failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Pyle was arrested on the
campus of Marietta College by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 2 Feb 09 at 8:15 pm.
Sonya Denise Coe, age 45, Warrior Drive, Barlow, for failure
to appear and for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing
on unpaid fines, both misdemeanors. Coe was arrested at Par
Mar in Barlow by Deputy Sheriff Anderson and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 2 Feb 09 at 8:35 pm.
