On 27 Jan 09 Alicia Listermann, age 29, 7196 State Route 555, Cutler, reported an unknown suspect used her personal information to obtain a Capital One credit card and used it to accrue over $3,000 in charges. This case remains under investigation (1090).

On 27 Jan 09 Deputy Sheriff K. Travaglio arrested Winston L. Darnell, age 21, 150 Ingalls Road, Fort Monroe, VA, for .17 breath OVI. Stopped for not signaling when he turned into the Duke and Duchess parking lot in Lowell, Mr. Darnell had glassy, bloodshot eyes and a strong odor of alcohol. Mr. Darnell first denied drinking alcohol but after he failed field sobriety tests he said he drank two beers. When transported to the Washington County Jail Mr. Darnell tested .172 BAC.

The following individual was processed into the Washington County Jail:

Winston Lee Darnell, age 21, 150 Ingalls Road, Fort Monroe, VA, for .17 breath OVI, a misdemeanor. Darnell was arrested in Lowell by Deputy Sheriff K. Travaglio and processed into the Washington County Jail on 27 Jan 09 at 1:06 am.
