On 24 Jan 09 Juanita Marcum, age 63, 535 Rummer Road, Marietta, reported sometime during the past two weeks an unknown suspect(s) punctured and flattened the rear passenger side tire of her Dodge Caravan. This case remains under investigation (712).

On 24 Jan 09 Robert D. Cline, age 50, 840 Tadpole Run Road, Belpre, reported while he was away from his residence for two hours that evening an unknown suspect(s) entered his home and stole a container of kerosene, collectible coins, a camcorder and seventy-five Xanax pills. This case remains under investigation (805).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Lisa Rena Hescht, age 39, 100 Belavista Drive, Marietta, for driving under a suspended license and for not wearing a seat belt, both misdemeanors. Hescht was arrested on Virginia Street by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 Jan 09 at 9:05 pm.

Erik Joseph Koffel, age 22, 4300 State Route 676, Stockport, for OVI, speeding, for driving outside the marked lanes of travel and for obstructing official business, all misdemeanors. Koffel was arrested on State Route 339 by Patrolman Oliver of the Beverly Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 Jan 09 at 11:30 pm.

John Kevin Campbell, age 54, 108 Colonial Square Apt. F, Belpre, for disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor. Campbell was arrested in Belpre by Patrolman Clevenger of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 Jan 09 at 12:50 am.
