On 14 Jan 09 Deputy Sheriff Spencer responded to a possible domestic dispute at 3565 Righteous Ridge Road, Waterford. At the home, Ashley D. McNabb, age 24, stated she was in an argument with her live-in boyfriend and he threw a set of keys that hit her in the face. Ms. McNabb said she thought her boyfriend threw the keys in anger but she indicated that she did not believe he was trying to harm her. As a result, Deputy Spencer closed this case as unfounded.

On 14 Jan 09 Molly Chutes, age 26, 160 Mile Run Road, Marietta, reported she broke up with her boyfriend over four months ago but he continues to enter her home with a spare key he was given. Ms. Chutes does not wanted to pursue charges at the moment, she simply wants her ex-boyfriend to be notified that he will be charged with trespassing if he continues to enter her home without permission (1020).

On 14 Jan 09 Deputy Sheriff S. Travaglio issued a citation to Quinton R. McPeek, age 18, 35 Dana Road, Newport, for not wearing a seat belt. Deputy Travaglio originally stopped Mr. McPeek for speeding on State Route 7 near Newells Run Road in Newport Township.

On 14 Jan 09 Deputy Sheriff S. Travaglio issued a citation to Katrina M. Cooper, age 21, 9825 Highland Ridge Road, Lowell, for operating a vehicle with tags that expired in September 2008. Deputy Travaglio stopped Ms. Cooper on State Route 821 near Arends Ridge Road in Muskingum Township.

Adam J. Hadley, age 20, 115 Seneca Drive, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $1,146.60.

Jennifer M. Hower, age 19, 476 Taft Avenue, Barberton, OH, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $495.50.

Amanda N. Poling, age 27, 5644 Wadesville Road, Belleville, WV, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $321.10.

Steven J. Thompson, age 48, 108 Franklin Drive, Little Hocking, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $695.50.

Amanda J. Varner, age 28, 68 Mountaineer Drive, Williamstown, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $617.18.

David W. Wriston, age 24, 687 Wynncrest Drive, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $318.50.

Jesse A. Cole, age 29, 1225 County House Lane, Marietta, for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on 9 Jan 09.

The following individual was processed into the Washington County Jail:

Corey Clifford Boring, age 31, 2121 Panhandle Road Apt. A, Delaware, OH, for a felony and a misdemeanor charge of nonsupport of dependants. Boring was picked up at the Delaware County Jail by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 14 Jan 09 at 4:00 pm.
