On 11 Jan 09 Jocelyn L. Whealdon, age 19,
2200 Hill Street Apt. C, Belpre, reported she fled a residence
she shares with her live-in boyfriend at 857 Southland Cemetery
Road, Cutler, following a dispute. Ms. Whealdon said her she
was fleeing in her vehicle when her live-in boyfriend Donald
Hill, age 24, began following her and rammed the rear of her
vehicle several times. Seven months pregnant with Mr. Hill’s
child, Ms. Whealdon said nearly lost control of her vehicle
more than once and feared for her life. Mr. Hill eventually
stopped following Ms. Whealdon but then started phoning her
mobile phone and threatened to kill her and their child. Viewing
damage to Ms. Whealdon’s vehicle, Deputy Sheriff K. Travaglio
located Mr. Hill and arrested him for domestic violence, telephone
harassment and reckless operation.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Keith Alan Weisbarth, age 35, 4501 Royalton
Road, Broadview Heights, OH, for OVI, failure to control and
for possession
of drugs, all misdemeanors. Weisbarth was arrested on Interstate
77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 11 Jan 09 at 5:24 am.
Alisha Dawn Small, age 28, 4506 Butler Street Apt. 3, Parkersburg,
for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Small
was arrested in Coolville by Sgt. Stackpole of the Washington
County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 11 Jan 09 at 8:35 am.
Michelle Lee Burton, age 20, 42921 Harrah
Street, Lafferty, OH, for possession of drugs and possession
of drug paraphernalia,
both misdemeanors. Burton +was arrested on Sherbourne Road
by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 11 Jan 09 at 6:40 pm.
Phillip Martin Hart, age 54, 2535 Creek Road, Beverly, for
OVI, failure to signal, for not wearing a seat belt and for
having only one functioning headlight, all misdemeanors. Hart
was arrested at Dodge Park by the Ohio State Highway Patrol
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Jan 09
at 8:28 pm.
Donald Joseph Hill, age 24, 857 Southland Cemetery Road, Cutler,
for domestic violence, telephone harassment and for reckless
operation, all misdemeanors. Hill was arrested at his residence
by Deputy Sheriff K. Travaglio and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 11 Jan 09 at 9:19 pm.
