On 25 Dec 08 Brenda Addlesburger, age 44, 177 Brownsville Road, New Matamoras, reported she placed gifts under her Christmas tree on 20 Dec and she noticed the items missing on Christmas morning. Ms. Addlesburger said the missing items include three perfume/cologne gift sets, four pairs of jeans and two flannel shirts. This case remains under investigation (805).

On 25 Dec 08 Lisa Walker, age 43, 2394 Woodruff Road, Vincent, reported she and her friend were sitting in her hot tub when her husband Ty, age 38, returned home in his vehicle. Mrs. Walker said her husband began spinning the vehicle’s tires, doing donuts in the yard and flinging mud on her, her friend, the hot tub and all over the side of their house. Determining Mr. Walker’s behavior concerned Mrs. Walker and her friend, Deputy Sheriff Carr requested a summons for Mr. Walker for disorderly conduct.

On 25 Dec 08 Deputy Sheriff Simmons issued minor misdemeanor citations to Kristy G. Cline, age 31, 1308 Williamson Avenue Apt. 6E, New Matamoras, and Teresa L. Evans, age 42, 600 Main Street, New Matamoras, for disorderly conduct by fighting. Responding to a phone call from her mother stating that she believed she was about to have words with her neighbor, Ms. Evans said when she arrived at her mother’s apartment Ms. Cline began yelling and cursing then pushed her. Ms. Cline asserted Ms. Evans instigated the confrontation by getting into her face and pushing her.

The following individual was processed into the Washington County Jail:

Mark Joseph Tilton, age 40, 12622 State Route 60, Lowell, for domestic violence and for resisting arrest, both misdemeanors. Tilton was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff S. Travaglio and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Dec 08 at 1:14 am.
