On 14 Dec 08 Dinetta Williams, age 27, 3635
Tick Ridge Road, Vincent, reported her husband Joshua, age
27, arrived home intoxicated and instigated an argument with
her. Attempting to avoid further confrontation, Mrs. Williams
said she was lying on the couch when her husband began kicking
her in the back. Mrs. Williams tried to walk away from her
husband but Mr. Williams grabbed her by the face and would
not release his grip. Mrs. Williams escaped to a neighbor’s
home without suffering serious injury. Following his investigation
Deputy Sheriff Lockhart arrested Mr. Williams for domestic
violence and transported him to the Washington County Jail.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Todd Edson Ziegler, age 39, 1929 Miriam Avenue, Avon, OH,
for consuming alcohol in a vehicle, a misdemeanor. Ziegler
was arrested on State Route 7 by Chief Bourne of the New Matamoras
Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 14 Dec 08 at 1:04 am.
James Matthew Cole, age 40, 33132 Redwood Boulevard, Avon
Lake, OH, for .08 breath OVI and for having an inoperable license
plate light, both misdemeanors. Cole was arrested on State
Route 7 by Chief Bourne of the New Matamoras Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 14 Dec 08
at 1:33 am.
Joshua Ray Williams, age 27, 3635 Tick Ridge Road, Vincent,
for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Williams was arrested
at his residence by Sgt. Stackpole of the Washington County
Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 14 Dec 08 at 5:45 am.
Ruthie Dulcia Scoggan, age 21, 330 Franklin Street Apt. A,
Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing
on unpaid fines and for failure to appear, both misdemeanors.
Scoggan was arrested on Second Street in Beverly by the Ohio
State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 14 Dec 08 at 1:10 pm.
Sabrina Elaine Milliron, age 21, 728 Second Street, Marietta,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Milliron was arrested on Masonic Park
Road by Sgt. Brockmeier of the Washington County Sheriff’s
Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 14
Dec 08 at 6:07 pm.
