The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Ivan Lynn Patterson Jr., age 18, 106 Riley Drive Apt. 3, Marietta, for operating a vehicle without a license, a misdemeanor. Patterson was arrested at the Four Seasons by Patrolman Arbaugh of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Dec 08 at 11:50 pm.

Carl Daniel Hofmann, age 31, 11480 Waterford Road, Waterford, for a felony charge of having a weapon while under disability and for misdemeanor charges of OVI, failure to signal, obstruction of justice, possession of drugs, failure to signal, driving under a suspended license, making an improper turn and not wearing a seat belt. Hofmann was arrested on Butler Street by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Dec 08 at 6:05 am.

James Dale Somerville, age 41, 154 Dee Street, Waverly, WV, for failure to appear, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines and for theft, all misdemeanors. Somerville was arrested at K-Mart by Patrolman Hively of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Dec 08 at 2:10 pm.
