.On 11 Dec 08 Melissa D. Tolson, age 40, 5450
Patten Mills Road, Stockport, reported an acquaintance phoned
her numerous times and screamed at her for twenty minutes for
allegedly spreading gossip about her. Accusing Mrs. Tolson
of gossiping about her sexual affairs, the acquaintance, Christy
Rohrer, age 34, 15577 Muskingum River Road, Waterford, confronted
and shoved Mrs. Tolson in the hallway of Barlow-Vincent Elementary
School the previous evening. Questioned about the incident
by Deputy Sheriff Carr, Ms. Rohrer admitted pushing Mrs. Tolson
and said she was tired of people running their mouths about
who she was sleeping with. Ms. Rohrer also said she is a confrontational
person and does not let things go. For her behavior Ms. Rohrer
was issued a summons to appear in court for disorderly conduct.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Jessie James Corder, age 28, 141 Main Street,
Macksburg, for contempt for failing to pay fines, a misdemeanor.
Corder was arrested in Dexter City by the Ohio State Highway
Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11
Dec 08 at 1:17 am.
Gideon Guy Powell, age 19, 116 Elmwood Avenue,
Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor.
Powell was arrested at the office of Probation officer Brockmeier
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Dec 08
at 10:16 am.
Robert Wayland Patterson, age 25, 707 Front Street, Marietta,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines and for violating the terms of his probation, both misdemeanors.
Patterson was arrested on Front Street by Patrolman Ellenwood
of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 11 Dec 08 at 10:34 am.
Paul Woodrow Wright, age 38, 1725 Covert Street, Parkersburg,
for failure to appear, a felony. Wright turned himself in at
the courthouse to Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and was processed
into the Washington County Jail on 11 Dec 08 at 3:51 pm.
Scott Allen Johnson, age 33, Route 3 Box 104, Parkersburg,
for being a fugitive from justice and for a misdemeanor charge
of disorderly conduct by fighting. Johnson was arrested at
the Four Seasons by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City
Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 11 Dec 08 at 11:55 pm.
