On 6 Dec 08 Deputy Sheriff Lockhart issued a citation to Mary R. Stull, age 41, 2955 Muskingum River Road, Lowell, for driving under an FRA suspended license. Deputy Lockhart determined Ms. Stull was operating a Jeep Cherokee in her driveway when the vehicle began to slide and rolled over onto its roof. Ms. Stull suffered an arm injury and was transported to Selby Hospital for treatment; her vehicle sustained moderate damage.

On 6 Dec 08 the Beverly-Waterford squad transported a thirty-one year old Beverly resident to Marietta Memorial Hospital after he intentionally ingested thirty pills of his prescription Naproxen. The victim was alert and awake when Deputy Sheriff Hornbeck arrived at the hospital and will be released following a mental health evaluation.
