On 30 Nov 08 Deputy Sheriff Mankins issued a citation to Ann M. Long, age 34, 4736 Dixon Ridge Road, Lowell, for not stopping at a stop sign and for not using a turn signal. Deputy Mankins stopped Ms. Long after she failed to stop when turning from Highland Ridge Road onto Dixon Ridge Road in Aurelius Township.

On 30 Nov 08 Beverly-Waterford Squad members transported a twenty-nine year old Waterford resident to Marietta Memorial Hospital following an overdose of the prescription drug Tramadol. The victim refused to make a statement to Deputies at the hospital but was to speak to a mental health counselor (508, 1293).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Jessica Lynn Stevens, age 27, 27980 State Route 7, Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Stevens was arrested at the Outskirts bar by Deputy Sheriff Hornbeck and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Nov 08 at 12:19 am.

Ross Lester Phillips III, age 21, 329 Main Street, Lower Salem, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Phillips was arrested on Highland Ridge Road by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Nov 08 at 3:51 pm.
