On 27 Nov 08 Deputy Sheriff S. Travaglio conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Chollie M. Robinson, age 20, 212 Elm Street, Beverly, for having an inoperable license plate light. Inside the vehicle Deputy Travaglio observed several open beer cans. Entering the vehicle to retrieve the cans, Deputy Travaglio noticed loose marijuana on the floor and in the ashtray and later discovered both watermelon flavored and plain rolling papers.
