On 21 Nov 08 Deputy Sheriff Smeeks issued
a citation to Reginald C. Walker, age 33, 32756 Lisa Lane,
Solon, OH, for traveling 80 mph in a 65 mph zone. Deputy Smeeks
stopped Mr. Walker near milepost seven on Interstate 77 in
Muskingum Township.
On 21 Nov 08 Deputy Sheriff S. Travaglio issued
a citation to Chad R. Kitchen, age 23, 1540 Adams Avenue Apt.
1, Philadelphia, PA, for following another vehicle too closely
and for not wearing a seat belt. Deputy Travaglio stopped Mr.
Kitchen near milepost fifteen on Interstate 77 in Aurelius
Township.
On 21 Nov 08 Deputy Sheriff Smeeks arrested
Jajuan R. Wychoff, age 21, 3628 E. 133rd Street, Cleveland,
for possession of marijuana, possession of drugs and for driving
under a suspended license. Stopped for driving outside the
marked lanes of Interstate 77, Deputy Smeeks’ canine
indicated the presence of drugs in Mr. Wychoff’s vehicle.
The resulting search yielded a small quantity of marijuana
and fifty Tylenol 3 pills in an unlabeled container.
STUDENT SUSPENDED AFTER THREATS AT CAREER
CENTER
On 21 Nov 08 the Sheriff’s Office responded to a call
from the Washington County Career Center in reference to a
prior incident in which a student had made threats against
other students. School officials stated a seventeen year old
female had made several statements that she was going to shoot
and/ or kill her classmates in her Cosmetology class. The student
was taken to the Administrative Office where a meeting was
held with her father. The student was suspended from school
for ten days and released to the custody of her father. School
officials stated the suspension would be reviewed and possible
expulsion imposed. The student’s probation officer was
contacted and advised. A summons for Aggravated Menacing was
issued and the student will appear in Washington County Juvenile
Court at a date to be determined by the Juvenile Court Judge.

were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Zachariah Wayne Ladeaux, age 21, 111 Victory
Place, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Ladeaux
was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Carr and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 21 Nov 08 at 11:04 am.
Jajuan Ruvzino Wyckoff, age 21, 133rd Street, Cleveland, for
a felony charge of possession of drugs and for misdemeanor
charges of possession of drugs and driving under a suspended
license. Wyckoff was arrested on Interstate 77 by Deputy Sheriff
S. Travaglio and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 21 Nov 08 at 3:04 pm.
Jennifer Jean Goodnite, age 27, 422 Main Street, Malta, for
passing bad checks, a misdemeanor. Goodnite was picked up at
the Morgan County line by Deputy Sheriff Norman and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 21 Nov 08 at 9:30 pm.
Adam Kelvie Goodnite, age 29, 422 Main Street, Malta, for
passing bad checks, a misdemeanor. Goodnite was picked up at
the Morgan County line by Deputy Sheriff Norman and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 21 Nov 08 at 9:44 pm.
Christopher Robert Krueger, age 26, 8500 Dalzell Road, Lower
Salem, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor.
Krueger was arrested on County House Lane by Deputy Sheriff
S. Travaglio and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 21 Nov 08 at 10:20 pm.
Logan David Dalrymple, age 20, 126 Ruble Road, Bellville,
WV, for a felony and a misdemeanor charge of receiving stolen
property. Dalrymple was arrested on State Route 7 by Chief
Bourne of the New Matamoras Police Department and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 21 Nov 08 at 10:42 pm.
