On 19 Nov 08 the principal of Barlow-Vincent
Elementary School, 70 Warrior Drive, Vincent, reported on 17

disruptive and violent and has hit others in the past. As a
result of the incident, Sgt. Brockmeier will request a summons
for the boy to appear in Juvenile Court on two charges of delinquency
by assault. In an incident involving a different student on

violently attacked staff members. Upset a teacher asked her
to stop taunting another student the teenager twisted the teacher’s
arm. When she was escorted to the school office the student
continued to struggle with teachers, kicked and pinched them
and was totally uncooperative. Citing prior incidents with

Brockmeier charged the juvenile with delinquency and arranged
to have her placed in temporary custody of Children’s
Services.
