In an incident involving a different student on 19 Nov, the principal stated a thirteen year old Fleming resident violently attacked staff members. Upset a teacher asked her to stop taunting another student the teenager twisted the teacher’s arm. When she was escorted to the school office the student continued to struggle with teachers, kicked and pinched them and was totally uncooperative. Brockmeier charged the juvenile with delinquency and arranged to have her placed in temporary custody of Children’s Services.
