On 12 Nov 08 Joseph Craddock, age 18, 714 Elm Street, Belpre, reported following a confrontation at the mall in Vienna a male subject followed him in his vehicle and forced him to the side of the roadway at the intersection of Braun and Mill Branch roads. Mr. Craddock said the suspect approached his vehicle and ordered him to roll down his window. The suspect then punched Mr. Craddock in the face and fled the scene. This case remains under investigation (707).

On 12 Nov 08 Deputy Sheriff Mankins arrested Christopher M. Listermann, age 36, Cutler, for violating the terms of a protection order. At the Child Visitation and Exchange Center that evening, Mr. Listermann attempted to make contact with his estranged wife in violation of a protection order she has against him.

On 12 Nov 08 Terri A. Carpenter, age 42, 75 Sandhill Road, Marietta, reported sometime overnight an unknown suspect(s) entered two vehicles and stole two MP3 players, a deck of cards and a mesh bag. Three suspects were later arrested in Marietta and were in possession of property stolen from Ms. Carpenter and several other victims. This case remains under investigation (684).

On 12 Nov 08 Dannie Beaver, age 50, 1481 Parr Hill Road, New Matamoras, reported when he awoke for work he observed an unknown male sitting in his truck. Confronting the suspect, Mr. Beaver said he was punched in the face and the suspect attempted to drive off in a Ford Explorer he apparently drove to the scene. As Mr. Beaver returned into his home to phone for help the suspect fled on foot. At the scene, Deputy Sheriff Carr determined the Explorer was stolen from a residence in Saint Marys that evening. This case remains under investigation.

Joseph L. Carthens, age 25, 1108 Juliana Street Apt. 86, Parkersburg, for parking a vehicle with expired plates in the city of Marietta on 3 Mar 08.

Shawn A. Faddis, age 21, 407 Four Mile Creek, Coolville, for driving with an expired license and for having a fictitious registration on 23 Oct 08.

Sarah McClintock, age 26, 1199 Warren Road, Lakewood, OH, for a parking violation in the city of Marietta on 16 Feb 08.

Dale Morris, age 43, for failing to appear for a Debtor’s Exam.

Andrew Nunn, age 24, for failing to appear for a Debtor’s Exam.

Robert M. Russell, age 19, 3275 Highland Ridge Road, Lowell, for the theft of sixty-seven kilowatt hours of electricity on 20 Sep 08.

Steven L. Sealey, age 31, 1049 Stadium Drive, Parkersburg, for failing to appear for pretrial on 25 Aug 08.

Jeffrey A. Theiss, age 30, 27130 State Route 7, Marietta, for contempt of a court order on 3 Sep 08.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Norman David Kennedy, age 23, 144 Harmar Street, Marietta, for six felony counts of theft. Kennedy was arrested on Euclid Street by Patrolman Chapman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Nov 08 at 5:21 am.

Anthony William Kennedy, age 25, 144 Harmar Street, Marietta, for five felony counts of complicity in committing theft. Kennedy was arrested on Euclid Street by Patrolman Sury of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Nov 08 at 5:48 am.

Robert Michael Russell, age 19, 306 Harmar Street, Marietta, for complicity in committing theft, a felony. Russell was arrested in Marietta by Sgt. Brockmeier of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Nov 08 at 7:00 am.

Clinton Dallas Hornbeck, age 32, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines and for violating the terms of his probation, both misdemeanors. Hornbeck was arrested on Washington Boulevard by Patrolman Williams of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Nov 08 at 8:21 am.

Carl David Sealey Jr., age 42, 1077 Sealy Ridge Road, Vincent, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Sealey was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Nov 08 at 10:23 pm.

Crystal Sue Fisher, age 31, 129 ½ Spring Street, Marietta, for three felony counts of trafficking in drugs. Fisher was picked up in Marysville at the Ohio Reformatory for Women by Deputy Sheriff Reeder and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Nov 08 at 4:36 pm.

Jeffrey Ryan Martin, age 30, 52 Saint Andrews Boulevard, Belpre, for violating the terms of his probation, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines and for telephone harassment, all misdemeanors. Martin was arrested in Belpre by Deputy Sheriff Spencer and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Nov 08 at 9:25 pm.

Christopher M. Listermann, age 36, Cutler, for violating the terms of a protection order, a misdemeanor. Listermann was arrested on Scammel Street in Marietta by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Nov 08 at 10:42 pm.
