On 8 Nov 08 Shawn Bonar, age 32, 735 Silver Globe Road, Marietta, reported while he was at work between 6:30 am and 7:20 pm he believes a family member of his wife cut a lock off his front door and entered his residence. Once inside, Mr. Bonar said the suspect(s) stole a Playstation 2 and a small lock box. This case remains under investigation (608).

Mandie Lee Hale, age 31, 305 Center Street, Beverly, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Hale was arrested at her residence by Patrolman Sams of the Beverly Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Nov 08 at 7:20 pm.

Kevin Andrew Williams, age 20, 712 Fourth Street, New Matamoras, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Williams was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Carr and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Nov 08 at 10:20 pm.

Felicia Christine Jackson, age 27, 726 ½ Third Street Apt. B, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Jackson was arrested at the Four Seasons by Patrolman McCracken of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Nov 08 at 10:30 pm.

Charlene Dawn Harvey, age 39, 108 Theis Avenue, Marietta, for a parking violation, a misdemeanor. Harvey was arrested at her residence by Deputy Sheriff Carr and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Nov 08 at 11:25 pm.

Terry Brent Bussey, age 37, 1201 Kingsbury Drive, Casper, WY, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Bussey was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Nov 08 at 11:55 pm.
