On 22 Oct 08 Leona P. Beardmore, age 96, 75 Caywood Road, Marietta, reported she cannot find $30, a jar of wheat pennies and two gold and onyx rings and she believes they were stolen from her home.

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Ryan D. McFann, age 23, 105 State Route 555 Apt. 5, Little Hocking, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $1,171.30

Tawni L. Morris, age 28, 590 Main Street, Waterford, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $182.00.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Aaron Francis Haney, age 23, 122C Linwood Avenue, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Haney was picked up in Nelsonville by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Oct 08 at 1:30 pm.

Larry Eugene Emerick, age 52, 110 Grandview Avenue, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Emerick was arrested on Tiber Way in Marietta by Probation Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Oct 08 at 5:25 pm.
