On 17 Oct 08 Deputy Sheriff Mankins issued a citation to Savanna S. Brandt-Abbott, 95 James Lane, Vincent, for operating a vehicle with plates that expired in August 2008. Deputy Mankins stopped Ms. Brandt-Abbott on State Route 618 near Farson Street in Belpre Township.

On 17 Oct 08 Deputy Sheriff Smeeks issued a citation to Randall R. Yates, age 18, 1819 ½ Washington Boulevard, Belpre, for driving under a suspended license. Deputy Smeeks stopped Mr. Yates on State Route 7 near Farson Street in Blennerhassett Township.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Richard Carl Flood, age 42, 1718 Market Street, Parkersburg, for domestic violence, a felony. Flood was picked up at the Central Regional Jail in West Virginia by Deputy Sheriff Reeder and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Oct 08 at 2:15 pm.

Alexis Dawn Wood, age 19, 311 Maple Street, Marietta, for felonious assault. Wood was arrested at her residence by Patrolman Hively of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Oct 08 at 4:05 pm.

Delbert Eugene Matheny, age 57, 103 Brant Drive, Marietta, for a felony charge of receiving stolen property and for misdemeanor charges of OVI, using a weapon while intoxicated and driving left of center. Matheny was arrested on State Route 7 near Sandhill Road by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Oct 08 at 7:10 pm.
