On 11 Sep 08 Deputy Sheriff Eddy requested a summons for a ten year old Lowell resident to appear in Juvenile Court on a charge of delinquency by domestic violence. Deputy Eddy’s affidavit alleges the juvenile has assaulted her sixty-one year old custodial grandmother in the past and on 9 Sep the juvenile began yelling and repeatedly struck her grandmother in the arm.

On 11 Sep 08 a thirty year old Vincent resident reported she has been receiving harassing phone calls from the father of her two hear old daughter for roughly the past year. Due to the fact that a court order permits the suspect to phone for his daughter, Deputy Sheriff Smeeks forwarded this case to the Law Director’s Office for review.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Matthew William Dowler, age 44, 798 Mayle Ridge Road, Cutler, for domestic violence and for possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors. Dowler was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Rhodes and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Sep 08 at 3:15 am.

Sonya Denise Coe, age 45, Moody Ridge Road, Vincent, for theft, a felony. Coe was picked up in Manatee County, FL by Deputy Sheriff Reeder and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Sep 08 at 4:00 am.

Joni Renee Borman, age 48, 811 Fifth Street, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Borman was arrested at her residence by Patrolman Hively of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Sep 08 at 10:04 am.
