On 14 Aug 08 Deputy Sheriff Spencer was dispatched to a single vehicle crash at 2585 Glendale Road, Marietta. From witness observations Deputy Spencer determined Derek S. Following his investigation Deputy Spencer arrested Mr. Thompson being in physical control of a vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
