On 27 Jul 08 Deputy Sheriff Mankins arrested Todd A. Covey, age 40, 4101 Newells Run Road, Newport, for OVI and for driving left of center. Stopped on Dana’s Run Road, Mr. Covey had bloodshot eyes, slurred his speech and fumbled around in search of his driver’s license.
