On 13 Jul 08 Deputy Sheriff K. Travaglio requested
a summons for Carrie R. Strahler, age 36, 415 McDonald Road,
Waterford, for criminal damaging. Deputy Travaglio’s
summons alleges that Ms. Strahler drove her vehicle into a
field in front of 365 McDonald Road, did donuts and damaged
the grass.
On 13 Jul 08 Deputy Sheriff S. Travaglio investigated
a complaint of underage consumption of alcohol occurring at
Lane Farm Campground on State Route 26. Only one male subject,
Paul C. Wright, age 20, 550 Archers Fork Road, New Matamoras,
appeared intoxicated and provided a breath sample of .102 BAC.
As a result, Deputy Travaglio arrested Mr. Wright for underage
consumption of alcohol and transported him to the Washington
County Jail.
On 13 Jul 08 Deputy Sheriff Staats issued
a citation to Hollie M. Evans, age 24, 313 Lord Street, Marietta,
for speeding, for not wearing a seat belt and for not placing
a child in a safety belt. Deputy Staats stopped Ms. Evans on
US 50 near milepost eight in Belpre Township.
On 13 Jul 08 Deputy Sheriff Smeeks was dispatched
to the scene of a domestic altercation at 1950 Ross Road, Little
Hocking. Interviewing the involved parties, Deputy Smeeks learned
that Sarah R. Summers, age 19, threw a shoe at her mother Michele
Summers, age 42, and also struck her mother on the top of her
head with her fist. At one point during the argument over caring
for a dog, Ryan Tucker, age 20, stepped in between the two
to keep Michele from striking his pregnant girlfriend. Michele
then struck Mr. Tucker with an open hand. Following his investigation
Deputy Smeeks arrested Sarah Summers for domestic violence
since her mother stated she was in fear for his safety. Deputy
Smeeks also requested a summons for Michele Summers for disorderly
conduct by fighting.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Roger Lee Duke, age 30, 100 Simpson Street, Marietta, for
using a weapon while intoxicated and for resisting arrest,
both misdemeanors. Duke was arrested at his residence by Deputy
Sheriff Smeeks and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 13 Jul 08 at 1:20 am.
Henry Clement Lori, age 46, 710 Front Street, Marietta, for
violating the terms of his probation and for disorderly conduct
by intoxication, both misdemeanors. Lori was arrested on the
300 block of Front Street in Marietta by Probation Officer
Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on
13 Jul 08 at 7:43 pm.
Justin Bryce Davis, age 26, 416 Arnold Road, Lowell, for violating
the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Davis was arrested
at his residence by Deputy Sheriff S. Travaglio and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 13 Jul 08 at 8:58 pm.
Paul Charles Wright, age 20, 550 Archers Fork Road, New Matamoras,
for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Wright
was arrested at Lane’s Campground by Deputy Sheriff S.
Travaglio and processed into the Washington County Jail on
13 Jul 08 at 10:55 pm.
Sarah Renee Summers, age 19, 1950 Ross Road, Little Hocking,
for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Summers was arrested
at her residence by Deputy Sheriff Smeeks and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 13 Jul 08 at 11:34 pm.
