On 6 Jul 08 Deputy Sheriff K. Travaglio issued
a citation to a seventeen year old Whipple resident for operating
a vehicle without a license. Deputy Travaglio stopped the teenager
on State Route 26 near Caywood Road in Marietta Township.
On 6 Jul 08 Carman Holiday, age 37, 5944 State
Route 530, Lowell, reported she was traveling on Highland Ridge
Road near Rollyson Road when a passenger in an oncoming vehicle
threw what she determined to be a paintball at her car. This
case remains under investigation (1097).
On 6 Jul 08 Jesse Toncray, age 23, 4779 Federal
Road, Coolville, reported she was away from her residence overnight
when she received a phone call from, her mother stating that
someone entered her trailer via the back door. Ms. Toncray
stated the only missing items were fifteen bottles of Miller
High Life, “The Champagne of Beers” and a four
pack of Smirnoff Ice. This case remains under investigation
(586).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Bobby Chester Wilson Jr., age 39, 4896 US Route 20, Woodville,
OH, for driving under a suspended license and for failure to
signal, both misdemeanors. Wilson was arrested on County Nine
Road by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 6 Jul 08 at 12:45 am.
Suzanne Mechelle Selsor, age 54, 2020 Bear Run Road, Reno,
for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Selsor was arrested at
his residence by Deputy Sheriff Simmons and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 6 Jul 08 at 12:50 am.
Shannon Lee Scholderer, age 32, 38221 Zuspan Hollow Road,
Middleport, OH, for driving under a suspended license, a misdemeanor.
Scholderer was picked up at the Athens county line by Deputy
Sheriff Staats and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 6 Jul 08 at 10:15 am.
Steven Douglas Fulton, age 55, 207 Curtis Avenue, Marietta,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Fulton was arrested on Quarry Street
in Marietta by Patrolman Walters of the Marietta City Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
6 Jul 08 at 11:15 am.
Elizabeth Ann Boersma, age 25, 1204 39th Street, Parkersburg,
for driving under a suspended license and for speeding, both
misdemeanors. Boersma was arrested on State Route 7 by the
Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 6 Jul 08 at 3:15 pm.
Shawn Renea Vanderpool, age 39, 8801 State Route 821, Lower
Salem, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor.
Vanderpool was arrested on State Route 821 by the Ohio State
Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 6 Jul 08 at 4:10 pm.
Mark R. Woodford, age 50, 5235 Muskingum River Road, Lowell,
for OVI, for possessing an open container of alcohol, for not
wearing a seat belt and for failure to control, all misdemeanors.
Woodford was arrested on Sparling Road in Waterford by the
Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 6 Jul 08 at 9:30 pm.
Danny Joe Chamberlain, age 50, Route 3 Box 779, Lost Creek,
WV, for OVI and for driving outside the marked lanes of travel,
both misdemeanors. Chamberlain was arrested in Belpre by the
Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 6 Jul 08 at 11:35 pm.
