On 2 Jul 08 Deputy Sheriff Staats arrested
Daniel Hendrickson Sr., age 54, 801 Third Street, Marietta,
for disorderly conduct by intoxication. Investigating a report
that Mr. Hendrickson took a pickup truck without permission,
Deputy Staats located Hendrickson in the parking lot of the
Four Seasons in Marietta. Hardly able to maintain his balance,
Hendrickson became belligerent and yelled obscenities at law
enforcement officers at the scene.
On 2 Jul 08 Juanita Marcum, age 63, 535 Rummer
Road, Marietta, reported she was so afraid of her son Ronald
Bailey, age 45, that she hid in her bedroom and phoned for
help. Ms. Marcum said her son, who pays her $100 in rent, accused
her of stealing his money and threatened to kill her. Mr. Bailey
continued threatening Ms Marcum, saying that he was crazy and
would only get one year in jail for killing her. As a result,
Deputy Sheriff Mankins arrested Mr. Bailey for domestic violence
and transported him to the Washington County Jail.

County Jail on 2 Jul 08 at 2:19 am.
Orman Paul Wells, age 63, 171 Hartley Drive
Apt. A, High Point, NC, for two misdemeanor counts of OVI.
Wells was arrested in Belpre Mayor’s Court by Patrolman
Jobes of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 2 Jul 08 at 11:15 am.
Michael Lee Roux, age 36, 2146 Sandhill Road, Marietta, for
violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Roux was
arrested at his residence by Probation Officer Ferrell and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 2 Jul 08 at 11:50
am.
Jason Lee Bartimus, age 32, 2346 Sealy Ridge Road, Vincent,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Bartimus was arrested in Marietta Municipal
Court by Patrolman Hansen of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 2 Jul 08 at
12:40 pm.
Gregory Lynn Sternberg, age 30, 203 Beringer
Street, Northwood, OH, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor.
Sternberg was
picked up at the Wood County (OH) Jail by Deputy Sheriff Reeder
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 2 Jul 08 at
5:02 pm.
Eric Brent Dickinson Sr., age 45, 310 Hague
Avenue, Columbus, for contempt of a court order, a misdemeanor.
Dickinson was
picked up at the Franklin County Jail by Deputy Sheriff
Reeder and processed into the Washington County Jail on 2 Jul
08 at 5:21 pm.
Jason Christopher Davis, age 24, 1200 Lockwood Street Apt.
B, Belpre, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Davis turned
himself in to Patrolman Augenstein at the Belpre City Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
2 Jul 08 at 7:18 pm.
Ronald Ray Bailey, age 45, 535 Rummer Road, Marietta, for
domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Bailey was arrested at his
residence by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 2 Jul 08 at 8:07 pm.
Michael Lee Winland, age 23, 288 Patten Mills Road, Cutler,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Winland was arrested at his residence
by Deputy Sheriff Rhodes and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 2 Jul 08 at 10:58 pm.
