On 27 Jun 08 Sherri L. Brenneman, age 29,
1640 Main Street, Stockport, reported while feeding the animals
at her mother’s former residence and property at 445
Wilson Drive, Lowell, she noticed the doors to all of the buildings
on the property were ajar. Though the suspect(s) apparently
entered four structures, only two Ozark tents and three lanterns
were taken from one storage building. This case remains under
investigation (1184).
On 27 Jun 08 Deputy Sheriff S. Travaglio responded
to the scene of a possible heroin overdose at 16120 State Route
821, Macksburg. A witness reported observing David W. Evans,
age 32, 37602 Boone Hollow Road, Dexter City, cooking a substance
in a spoon then injecting it into his arm. Evans temporarily
lost consciousness but awoke and was disoriented when Deputy
Travaglio arrived. Refusing medical treatment, Evans admitted
having an opiate addiction and said he injected Fentanyl that
morning. Deputy Travaglio seized a hypodermic needle and a
spoon with a burnt underside and with a white residue. As a
result of his investigation Deputy Travaglio arrested Evans
for drug abuse, for possession of drug abuse instruments and
for possession of drug paraphernalia.
On 27 Jun 08 Deputy Sheriff Simmons issued
a minor misdemeanor citation to Dennis M. Stacy, age 39, 6874
State Route 821, Whipple, for disorderly conduct by intoxication.
A witness at Polk’s Market reported Mr. Stacy entered
the store with a knife, cut his own arm and repeatedly stated
he wanted to kill himself. Transported to Marietta Memorial
Hospital, Stacy was treated and later released.
On 27 Jun 08 Deputy Sheriff Carr arrested
Larry N. Fulkerson, age 56, 223 Antioch Road, Little Hocking,
for OVI. Stopped on US 50 for traveling 35 mph in a 50 mph
zone, Mr. Fulkerson had an odor of alcohol and slurred his
speech. Mr. Fulkerson performed poorly on field sobriety tests
and acknowledged that he should not have been driving. When
transported to the Washington County Jail Mr. Fulkerson tested
.103 BAC.

were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Melissa Rose Setterstrom, age 38, 100 Summerset Drive, Marietta,
for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Setterstrom was arrested
on Millers Lane by Deputy Sheriff S. Travaglio and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 27 Jun 08 at 12:50 am.
Sandra Kay Milliron, age 48, 728 Second Street, Marietta,
for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Milliron was arrested
at her residence by Patrolman Hickey of the Marietta City Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
27 Jun 08 at 4:25 am.
David Wayne Evans, age 32, 37602 Boone Hollow Road, Dexter
City, for a felony charge of possession of drugs and for misdemeanor
charges of possession of drug abuse instruments and possession
of drug paraphernalia. Evans was arrested in Macksburg by Deputy
Sheriff S. Travaglio and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 27 Jun 08 at 5:11 am.
Nicole Lynn Thompson, age 22, 136 Franklin
Street, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on
unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Thompson was arrested at her residence
by Patrolman Arbaugh of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 27 Jun 08
at 7:55 pm.
Raymond David Winkleman, age 34, 884 Luke Chute Road, Waterford,
for breaking and entering, a felony. Winkleman was arrested
at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Smeeks and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 27 Jun 08 at 9:30 am.
