On 26 Jun 08 Deputy Sheriff Smeeks issued a citation to Vincent E. Roberts, age 27, 1920 Roberts Road, Amesville, for driving under a suspended license. Deputy Smeeks stopped Mr. Roberts on State Route 550 near Whealdon Road in Wesley Township.

On 26 Jun 08 Deputy Sheriff Carr requested a summons for a sixteen year old Vincent resident to appear in Juvenile Court for being delinquent. At Par Mar #2 earlier that evening the juvenile paid for one bag of ice but put two of the eight pound bags in his car.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Justin Lee Rexroad, age 25, 103 Muskingum Terrace Apt. E, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Rexroad was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Jun 08 at 4:19 pm.

Jason Eugene Barnes, age 31, 836 Pike Street Apt. 2, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Barnes was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Wenzel of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Jun 08 at 10:15 pm.

Bridget Renee Bishop, age 28, Marietta, for littering, a misdemeanor. Bishop was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Hickey of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Jun 08 at 10:30 pm.

Thomas Paul Daugherty, age 28, Marietta, for littering, a misdemeanor. Daugherty was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Hickey of the Marietta City Police Department and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Jun 08 at 10:30 pm.
