On 20 Jun 08 Deputy Sheriff Norman issued
minor misdemeanor citations for disorderly conduct to Crystal
Mayle, age 24, Charday Underdiown, age 20, both of 1910 State
Route 550, Bartlett, and to Heather M. Hill, age 28, 17042
Sweat Road, Amesville. All three women were engaged in a heated
dispute, using foul language and creating a disturbance following
a disagreement over disciplining Ms. Hill’s thirteen
year old daughter. Ms. Hill’s daughter was also summonsed
to appear in Juvenile Court, for earlier in the dispute she
allegedly struck Ms. Underdiown.
On 20 Jun 08 Deputy Sheriff Mankins encountered
a large group of individuals, several of which appearing under
twenty-one years old, at Haught run Campground on State Route
26. Three of the individuals, Erin L. Kornmiller, age 19, 100
Iroquois Drive, Marietta, Nathan D. Goddard, age 20, 708 Seventh
Street, Marietta, and Markus D. Griffin, age 20, 90 Cornerville
Road, Marietta, readily admitted that they consumed alcohol
and provided breath samples. Returning samples positive for
ethyl alcohol, Kornmiller, Goddard and Griffin were arrested
for underage consumption of alcohol and transported to the
Washington County Jail.
On 20 Jun 08 Dan A. Stevens, age 51, 25980
State Route 7, Marietta, reported sometime since he last used
them on 13 Jun, two toolboxes of Craftsman tools were stolen
from his garage. Mr. Stevens estimates the stolen items are
a total loss of over $1,000. This case remains under investigation
(500).
On 20 Jun 08 Deputy Sheriff K. Travaglio issued
a citation to Beth L. Risner, age 51, 5609 Harbor House Drive,
Greensboro, NC, for traveling 80 mph in a 65 mph zone. Deputy
Travaglio stopped Ms. Risner on Interstate 77 near milepost
three in Marietta.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Al Legrande Smith, age 28, 704 30th Street Apt. 4, Parkersburg,
for two misdemeanor counts of failure to appear. Smith was
picked up in Parkersburg by Corrections Officer Farrell and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Jun 08 at 12:41
am.
Shawn Eugene Leasure, age 31, 836 Pike Street Apt. 12, Marietta,
for five counts of failure to appear and for passing bad checks,
all misdemeanors. Leasure was arrested at Sierra Apartments
by Deputy Sheriff McLeish and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 20 Jun 08 at 3:46 am.
Michael Alberto Munoz, age 19, 612 Ninth Street,
Marietta, for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor.
Munoz was arrested at the courthouse by Patrolman Linscott
of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 20 Jun 08 at 11:30 am.
Dean Leo Hansen, age 45, 5880 Valley Pikeway, North Royalton,
for OVI and for speeding, both misdemeanors. Hansen was arrested
near milepost seventeen on State Route 7 by the Ohio State
Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 20 Jun 08 at 10:43 pm.
Erin Lee Kornmiller, age 19, 100 Iroquois Drive, Marietta,
for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Kornmiller
was arrested on State Route 26 by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Jun 08 at 10:55
pm.
Nathan David Goddard, age 20, 708 Seventh Street, Marietta,
for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Goddard
was arrested on State Route 26 by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Jun 08 at 11:09
pm.
Markus Don Griffin, age 20, 90 Cornerville Road, Marietta,
for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Griffin
was arrested on State Route 26 by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Jun 08 at 11:15
pm.
