On 18 Jun 08 Sgt. Stackpole issued a citation to Jeromy M. Schoolcraft, age 19, 194 ½ Walnut Street, Cutler, for driving under a suspended license. Sgt. Stackpole stopped Mr. Schoolcraft on State Route 550 near Whealdon Road in Wesley Township.

On 18 Jun 08 Deputy Sheriff Smeeks issued a citation to Christopher B. Parker, age 23, 160 Strahler Road, Waterford, for driving under a suspended license. Deputy Smeeks stopped Mr. Parker on North Seventh Street in Marietta.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Bo Damian Ladeaux, age 19, 111 Victory Place, Marietta, for a felony charge of gross sexual imposition and for a misdemeanor charge of violating the terms of his probation. Ladeaux was arrested at his residence by Detective Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 18 Jun 08 at 11:00 am.

David Michael Hill, age 28, 970 State Route 19, Athens, for the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. Hill was picked up at the Southeast Ohio Regional Jail by Deputy Sheriff Reeder and processed into the Washington County Jail on 18 Jun 08 at 2:36 pm.

Gary Lee Mitchell, age 38, 16131 State Route 821, Macksburg, for a felony charge of vandalism and for a misdemeanor charge of aggravated menacing. Mitchell was arrested at Marietta Memorial Hospital by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into the Washington County Jail on 18 Jun 08 at 3:28 pm.

Faustino Cuellar Morales, age 19, 836 Pike Street Apt. 74, Marietta, for operating a vehicle without a license, hit-skip, and for failure to control, all misdemeanors. Morales was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Newell of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 18 Jun 08 at 11:30 pm.
