On 12 Jun 08 Lt. Wilson issued a citation to David K. Kostival, age 37, 5860 Frye Lake Road, Athens, for traveling 79 mph in a 60 mph zone. Lt. Wilson stopped Mr. Kostival on US 50 near Collins Road in Belpre Township.

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Ricky D. Terrell, age 39, 924 Swan Street, Parkersburg, for being in possession of an open container of alcohol on 23 May 08.

Gregory L. Sternberg, age 30, 203 Beringer Avenue, Northwood, OH, for failing to appear to serve three days in jail on 6 Jun 08.

Lisa M. Pruden, age 26, 312 Fifth Street, Beverly, for disorderly conduct by fighting on 21 May 08.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

James Everett Tramel Jr., age 60, 1546 Zerida Street, Ortonville, MI, for OVI and for failure to control, both misdemeanors. Tramel was arrested on Fort Street by Patrolman Kampmeier of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Jun 08 at 5:00 am.
